It's up to you to concoct your ideal programme: from canyoning to via ferrata, via caving and climbing...enough to satisfy your desire for adventure and thrills, and all in an exceptional natural setting!

- To bring: Appropriate clothing, water, and your swimsuit for canyoning.
None of the activities require any prior experience, but you do need to be in reasonable physical condition and for canyoning, you must be able to swim.
