Subterranean exploration
This site offers an exciting yet accessible introduction to caving with no great technical difficulty. Progression is horizontal although abseiling is possible thanks to several possible entrances which give access to rooms that communicate with each other via numerous tunnels. We’ll progress through a succession of rooms cluttered with large blocks and lit by large cliff openings. Then, via some narrower passages we’ll access the deper galleries... In short, a beautiful introduction to caving!

The meeting point is at the "Point de Vente, Peyroche" (07120 - Labeaume).
From Vallon Pont d'Arc: Follow signs to Ruoms. At the main roundabout take the third exit towards Labeaume (D557). At the intersection in the centre of Ruoms take a right on the D4 towards Labeaume. After the bridge over the Ardèche, turn left on the D208. The point of sale is a little further on your left.
From Aubenas: Take direction Ruoms - Vallon Pont d'Arc. At the main roundabout as you come into Ruoms take the first exit towards Labeaume (D557). At the intersection in the centre of Ruoms take a right on the D4 towards Labeaume. After the bridge over the Ardèche, turn left on the D208. The point of sale is a little further on your left.
